CYCLE PARIS 2023
At 83FILMS we dive into projects that resonate with meaning. Our latest collaboration led us to join the Hart Foundation's cycling expeditions. In this edition from The Hague to Paris we followed 50 participants covering 600km in four days, this journey wasn't just about the distance; it was about capturing the genuine stories behind each pedal.
Participants, all connected to the Hart Foundation, cycled with a purpose – whether they were patients or had loved ones affected by heart disease. Our cameras were there to document not only the physical ride but to uncover the motivations driving their determination.
With each turn of the pedal, we captured stunning landscapes and intimate interviews. Our goal was simple: showcase the heartfelt reasons behind each participant's involvement – raising awareness and funds for heart disease research.
In our visual storytelling, simplicity and authenticity took the lead. The result is more than a cycling trip documentation; it's a visual journey into the shared commitment of those connected to the Hart Foundation.
CYCLE COPENHAGEN 2023
After successfully finishing our first collaboration with de Hartstichting we continued following de Hartstichting on a captivating journey from Groningen to Copenhagen with the inspiring participants of the Hart Foundation. Covering vast landscapes, our cameras captured not just the changing scenery but the resilient stories of those pedaling for a purpose.
This unique cycling adventure, spanning from the Netherlands to Denmark, showcased the beauty of diverse landscapes transitioning from cityscapes to countryside, weaving a visual narrative that mirrored the changing motivations of the participants. Each pedal told a story – a story of commitment, strength, and the collective pursuit of making a difference in the fight against heart disease.
Our lens not only captured the breathtaking views but also delved into the personal narratives of the participants. From the serene canals of Groningen to the vibrant cityscape of Copenhagen, the journey mirrored the diverse experiences of those connected to the Hart Foundation.
CYCLE NL - SOESTERBERG
In our latest collaboration with de Hartstichting, we embraced the dynamic challenge of capturing the diverse cycling disciplines during the Hart Foundation's one-day riding event in the Netherlands. Held at the historic Soesterberg Airfield, the venue resonated with the hum of pedals as around 600 participants, spanning various cycling disciplines such as mountain biking and gravel biking, came together for a day of riding and fundraising.
Our cameras were on the move, weaving through different locations on the airfield, capturing the energy of each cycling discipline. The challenge lay in the variety of locations and participants, requiring our team to adapt and structure our approach throughout the event. The result was a visual celebration of unity in diversity, where cycling enthusiasts united for a common cause.
